On May 19, representatives of Estonian Wind Power Association member companies visited the Marketex Offshore Constructions.
New fabrication halls, including painting chambers and our new machining capacity, quay-side crane with a lifting capacity of up to 850 tons and berths for load out of completed projects, qualified personnel – all aforementioned makes Marketex Offshore Constructions best candidate in the region for fabrication of Wind Energy projects. It was the topic Nadja Vassiljeva, Sales Director, presented to the members of the Estonian Wind Power Association.
Since 2009, the company successfully delivered different equipment for offshore wind farms: suction buckets for wind turbine foundations, various installation aids and heavy equipment (Towers, Monopile Gripper).
The EWPA members commented that as they had had a very general idea of the Group’s activities, they were deeply impressed with what they saw and learnt. The questions the visitors were asked covered various subjects ranging from handling problems with metal supplies to headhunting, as the large-scale projects BLRT Grupp corporate companies work on require specific skills and experience.
